Neutralizing for all types of permanent in natural or dyed hair. Great reconstructive force. Great penetration power for soft and light hair.

How to use

Rinse the perm liquid. Saturate the hair with NEUTRA RIZ curl by curl. Leave on for 5 minutes. Remove the curlers and reapply the neutralizer. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water.
